Qlt, Qll, Qltural – these are just a few words that may be used to describe the new real estate being built in the very heart of Gdynia, at ul. Świętojańska. Construction began on 5 May, 2014 and is scheduled to be completed towards the end of 2015 or early 2016. The Baltiq Plaza investment by Moderna Investment is a complex formed of two buildings connected by an underground parking garage, along with a two-level patio and a refreshed version of the Gdynia Scouts Memorial. The whole complex will fit into the existing building footprint. It will create a multifunctional space, consisting of apartments, luxurious suites, retail and commercial facilities, and a place to rest and relax. The “WOLSKI architects” project will offer 7051 m2 of usable residential space and 1923 m2 of retail and commercial space, distributed over seven floors. The lowest underground floor is level -2, and is dedicated to an underground parking area and to service centers with a view on the patio. Currently, the diaphragm walls are under construction on site, and are 70% complete. Even prior to the beginning of the advanced construction works, 45% of the available space has already been sold.
