The Olivia Business Centre project has entered its fourth stage. The modern, Class A, 11-storey building offers 14,700 m2 of office space. The ground floor has been assigned service functions while the remaining floors will contain offices. The Olivia Four is an intelligent building whose advanced systems will reduce energy consumption and increase functionality and safety, thus lowering the costs of building management. In addition, the development is equipped with a green roof with a water retention system and an installation that eliminates night-time over-illumination. Thanks to its eco-friendly solutions, the building was awarded a BREEAM certificate with a Very Good rating. In the future, the Olivia Four may be joined by a connector to the Olivia Tower, and then to the Olivia Point. The total resulting surface area will then amount to approximately 4,200 m2. The developer has also received permission to erect the fifth stage of the office complex (along with two planned buildings). In its final form, the Olivia Business Centre will consist of seven buildings and offer 120,000 m2 of top-of-the-range office space. The project includes an internal, publicly available square named Patio, surrounded by office buildings. In the summer, the Patio boasts a fountain and a lawn where office workers may use deckchairs and play boules or miniature golf.
