Forum Gdańsk is a new and attractive location with a modern shopping complex and public space, which arises in the city centre as part of the revitalization of the historic Sienny Market and Rakowy Market. The project includes the construction of the Historical Heritage Centre of the City of Gdansk and the interchange and road infrastructure around
the complex. Gdańsk Forum will offer 62 000 m2 of commercial space, which will accommodate approximately 220 retail units and service providers, the largest multiplex cinema in Tricity,a fitness centre, restaurants and cafes as well as multi-level parking for around 1100 vehicles. The complex will form an entirely new public space: the town square with
cafés and restaurants and the public boulevard running along the revitalized waterfronts of the Radunia canal. Construction began in the fall of 2014, and the opening is planned for 2017. The second phase of the project will alsoinclude a creation of modern office spaces. The complex will form an entirely new public space. Visitors will be able to relax in the town square, with outdoor seating surrounded by well-kept greenery, and take advantage of the wide range of cafes and restaurants with outdoor terraces open until late in the evening. The square will also be great place for events. Along the revitalized Radunia canal quays there will be a public embankment formed, covered with a glass roof. Residents of Gdansk and guests will gain this high-quality public space in the centre of the agglomeration, vibrant and offering a variety of leisure options. In the second phase of the project, the Gdańsk Forum development will also become a home to modern office spaces with separate parking for employees. The project investor is the company Forum Gdańsk Mulit Poland. Multi is one of the largest owners, managers and developers of high-quality shopping centers in Europe and Turkey. Since its inception in 1982, Multi dealt with more than 180 projects. Currently, Multi is the owner or manager of 84 shopping centers.
