The construction of the Kartuska Commercial Centre is almost complete, and will feature both office and service uses. The centre is located at the intersection of Kartuska and Łostowicka Streets in the Siedlce district. The Kartuska Commercial Centre is a 2-storey building with a total area of approx. 1,700 m² available for rent, and is equipped with a noiseless lift, a mechanical ventilation system and large and spacious shop windows. The ground floor will offer service premises, while the first floor will provide both service and office premises. The building is well served by public transport, as it is located in the first frontage of Kartuska – an area of extensive pedestrian and vehicular traffic. There are bus stops next to the building, while the tram loop in Siedlce is about 300 m away. The residents and clients of the Kartuska Commercial Centre have about 80 parking spaces in front of the building. The scheduled completion date is the third quarter of 2016.
